3.Organize for Buy Nothing Day

Meeting at Wal-Mart starting around 2:00PM.
Handouts finished and reviewed by group.
Not about buying nothing but changing attitude towards over-consumption.
Strategies – Start conversations with people, be respectful of their space.

Saturday: Free market events.  Death By Art School providing music.  Trading post and activities.


4.Wal-Mart Movie 
 
December 8th 2005 at Cinema 379 7-9PM.
Help with postering and promotion for the movie.
	

5.Workshops & Buy Nothing Christmas
Being run by Sadlier House. 
We will contribute if we can.


6.Mix-Tape Trade

For our meeting December 8th 2005, we should each bring 2 mixed CDs and trade them with each other.
The Wal-Mart movie begins at 7:00PM, we might meet early to do the exchange.

	
7.Fair Trade Coffee Issue & Aramark

Noticed the ambiguity of packaging for coffee and fair-trade coffee.
Suspicion of possible breech of contract.
Jeff said he would bring it up with Fair Trade Trent.


8.Other Business

Spite-Luck Dinner: Trent Action is having a pot luck dinner in spite of Aramark. 
In Gzowski basement on either November 29th or 30th.


9.Cut-Out Workshop

The photocopier in OPIRG office is possessed by an evil demon.
Everyone was involved in photocopying and cutting the hand-outs, moral support and constantly un-jamming paper.
