Are the consequences different for young women compared to young men?\line\par \b0 Marginalisation of youth in the planning processes of economic activities.Qualified yiouths are not getting the opportunity to use their skills in these processes.This eventually results in youths being unable to be economically empowere and be the next big enterpreneurs.The consequences are not very different for young women as compared to men.\line\b c) What three strategies or initiatives would you recommend to your municipal government to increase the economic options for young women and men in your town or city?\b0\par Capacity building for young people, skills training and empowerment initiatives as well as the availing of funds for youth-led investment initiatives.They also make deliberate policies to promote businnesses owned and run by young people.\line\line\b d) What should be the role of young women and men in the abovementioned strategies or initiatives?\par \b0 They should develop their own visions, Planning the implementation and manage the processes that lead to the attainment of the vision.\line\line 4\b a)What are the major urban environmental issues in your town or city? Do you see a differential impact of these issues on women and men?\line\par \b0 Sewer disposal- the city council is failing to dispose sewer waste efficiently.This is resulting in high level of water pollution.Women are the most affected since they are the ones who work directly or carry out chores that involve using the dirty water on a daily basis.They also have to care for the babies who get sick because of the dirty water.\line\line\b b) Are young women and men in your town or city engaged in urban environmental issues? Please elaborate how.
